Meet & Greet

What, Where, When

An opportunity for you, your pet, and us to become acquainted before services begin.

A meet and greet is required for all new pets—no exceptions. These introductory sessions typically last 20 to 30 minutes and allow us to observe how your pet interacts with both you and our team. This process helps establish trust and comfort for everyone involved.

If your pet responds well during the meet and greet, they will be invited to complete one or two temperament evaluations.

For Boarding & Daycare

Location: Our home
Purpose: Helps your pet become familiar with their temporary environment, making future stays smoother and less stressful.

For Walks & Drop-In Visits

Location: Your home
Purpose: Provides an opportunity to learn your pet’s routine and understand the layout of the space where services will be provided.

Important Note:
Meet and greets are scheduled based on the earliest availability. However, existing bookings, returning clients, and emergency visits receive scheduling priority. As a result, appointment times may need to be adjustment or rescheduled.

Please be aware:
A nonrefundable deposit is required to schedule your meet and greet. If you need to cancel or reschedule, the deposit must be paid again to book a new appointment.
